Controlling Support

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating purchasing orders in the Coupa ordering application based on the requirements of the departments leaders
  • Investment property - investment orders, categorization of the IM, management of the drawing of investments
  • Creating documents for budgets, billing in regular financial statements, making estimated items, reporting of fixed costs
  • Monthly invoicing, secure regular payments
  • Deputy Head of Warehouses, Office Administrator
  • Purchase in cash (small supplies and merchandise) from the deposit provided, subsequent billing in Concur
  • Archives management, distribution of breakdown for employee, processing of various records

Qualifications

  • Technical University / secondary education with an economic focus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Czech language (native speaker), English knowledge is a big advantage
  • Team-approach to problem solving
