SECTION TECHNICAL LEAD

Section Technical Lead will be responsible for developing technical skills of the core teams as well as for breakdown analysis and eradication. The position ensures control of Time-Based Maintenance execution across the section. The role reports directly to Section Manager.
- Ensure breakdown analysis and corrective intervention into maintenance process
- Provide technical support to eradicate General Effectivity loss
- Control and execute Time-Based Maintenance
- Ensure cost optimization, provide low cost improvements and CAPEX projects control
- Ensure compliance to PM steps based on IL6S Master plan (Member of PM pillar)
- Cooperate with Assets Reliability Team to ensure TBM based on PM calendar
- Support technical skills development of line core teams
- Manage and maintain software back up and technical library regular updates
- Support Line Technical Lead in troubleshooting for OEM suppliers
- At least secondary school graduation, electrician’s background is preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in sector of production
- Knowledge and usage PM COMES module (level of key user)
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of SAP PP is preferred
- Highly developed analytical skills and logical thinking
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and time pressure
- Fluency in Czech and very good knowledge of English language is a must
